Automotive keys we make and program
Vehicle keys stopped being pieces of brass a long time ago. Most now carry a chip that has to be programmed to the car's immobiliser, which is why a hardware store copy will turn but not start the engine.
All keys lost
No key at all is the job most shops send to the dealer. We originate a new key to your vehicle's code, cut it and program it on site so the car starts before we leave.
Transponder keys
The chip in the head of the key has to be matched to the immobiliser. We cut and program transponders for most makes so the engine actually turns over.
Remote head keys and fobs
Lock, unlock, trunk and panic functions programmed along with the ignition side, plus spare fobs while we are already on site.
Push-to-start proximity keys
Keyless-entry vehicles need a proximity fob programmed to the car. We carry equipment for a wide range of push-to-start systems.
Broken key extraction
Key snapped in the door or ignition. We remove the broken piece without damaging the cylinder, then cut a replacement.
Ignition problems
Worn ignition cylinders that will not turn, or turn with any key. We diagnose on site and repair or replace as needed.

Home, work, roadside or a parking lot — the van carries the cutting and programming equipment, so the car does not move.
Cut, programmed and tested
We cut the key, program it to your immobiliser, test the ignition and remote functions, and recommend a spare while the equipment is already out.
Cheaper and faster than towing to a dealer
The dealership route usually means a tow, a wait for an appointment, and a key you collect the next day. Can you make a key if I lost all of them?
Yes. That is one of our most common automotive calls. We originate a new key to your vehicle, cut it and program it on site — no original key needed.
Do you program push-to-start and smart keys?
Yes, our technicians carry programming equipment for transponders, remote head keys and many push-to-start proximity systems. A small number of luxury and high-security models are dealer-only, and we will tell you that on the phone rather than after arriving.
What do you need from me before you start?
Year, make and model of the vehicle, and proof you own it — registration, title or insurance matching your ID. Every legitimate automotive locksmith asks for this.
How long does it take?
Most jobs run roughly 20 to 60 minutes on site once the technician arrives, depending on the vehicle and whether keys have to be originated from scratch.
Should I get a spare made at the same time?
It is almost always the cheaper decision. Programming a spare while the equipment is already connected costs far less than a second emergency call-out after you lose the only key you own.
