Commercial work we take on
Commercial hardware is a different animal from residential: heavier use, code requirements on exits, and far more people holding keys. Here is where we spend most of our time.
Storefront and office lockouts
A jammed cylinder or a lost key before opening is a revenue problem. We prioritise businesses that cannot trade, and we work around your customers when we arrive.
Commercial rekeying
Staff turnover, a departed manager, a contractor who never returned a key. We repin your existing cylinders so old keys die, without buying a building's worth of new hardware.
Lock and hardware changes
Mortise cylinders, storefront deadlatches, aluminium door hardware and heavy-duty grade cylinders sized for doors that cycle hundreds of times a day.
Master key systems
One key for you, one key per area for everyone else. We design and pin a hierarchy that matches how your team actually moves through the building.
Panic bars and exit devices
Exit hardware that is seized, misaligned or missing is a safety and inspection issue. We install, adjust and repair panic bars and closers.
Multi-unit and property management
Rental turnovers, common doors, mailrooms and equipment rooms handled on a schedule so units are ready between tenants.
How commercial jobs are scheduled
Walk us through the site
Door count, hardware type, and who needs access to what. For anything larger than a couple of doors we will look at the site before quoting.
Pick a window that fits trading hours
Emergencies get dispatched immediately. Planned work — rekeys, master systems, hardware swaps — can be scheduled early, late or on a weekend so your floor stays open.
Keys, chart and handover
You get the finished hardware, the new keys, and a clear record of which key opens which door so the system stays manageable a year from now.
Master keying, explained without the jargon
A master key system is a pinning hierarchy: each employee carries one key that opens only their doors, while you carry one key that opens everything. It removes the two failure modes every growing business hits — a giant keyring for the manager, or everyone holding a key to everything.

We've got answers.
Can you work outside business hours?
Yes, and for planned work it is usually the better option. Rekeys, hardware changes and master key installations can be scheduled early morning, evening or weekend so your staff and customers are not working around us.
An employee left with a key. Do we need new locks?
Almost never. Rekeying repins the cylinders you already have so the old key stops working, at a fraction of the cost of replacing hardware. Replacement only makes sense if the locks are worn out or you are upgrading grade.
Do you handle aluminium storefront doors?
Yes — storefront deadlatches, mortise cylinders, pivot and closer adjustments are routine commercial work for us.
Can you set up keys that cannot be copied?
We can fit restricted keyways, which are not sold as blanks at retail stores and cannot be duplicated over the counter. It is the practical way to stop unauthorised copies circulating among staff.
Do you service property management portfolios?
Yes. Rental turnovers, common area doors and multi-building sites are regular work, and we can keep a consistent keying scheme across a portfolio rather than a different system in every building.
