How fast can you get to me?

Do you charge more at night, on weekends or on holidays?
No. We quote the total up front regardless of the hour, so a 3am call is priced the same way a Tuesday afternoon call is. You will know the cost before a technician is dispatched.
Will opening the lock damage my door or car?
Our technicians use non-destructive entry methods wherever the hardware allows. Some high-security cylinders and certain vehicles require a cylinder replacement or key origination instead; if that is the case, we will explain it and price it before starting.
What do I need to show you?
Proof that the property or vehicle is yours — a licence matching the address, registration, lease, or similar. It protects you as much as it protects us, and any legitimate locksmith will ask.
Can you help if I lost every key, not just locked them inside?
Yes. Lost keys are a different job from a lockout: we can open the property or vehicle, then cut and program replacement keys on site, and rekey the locks so the missing set no longer works.
